Terms of Service
These terms describe the current TalentSync360 services and the choices available to professionals. By using the website or requesting a service, you agree to the applicable terms.
1. Services
TalentSync360 offers a voluntary Professional Evidence Review and, after review confirmation, a separate voluntary Talent Network invitation. Employer presentation is a third, separate capability and is not implemented in v1A. Other sourcing and recruitment services do not change these professional authorization boundaries.
2. Professional Evidence Review
You may submit a concrete professional experience and relevant evidence or references for a private review. A résumé or public code repository is not required. The review may produce a private Professional Evidence Profile that distinguishes supported, partially supported, unknown, and clarification-needed information. UNKNOWN does not mean GAP. English is not a universal review requirement; communication requirements depend on a specific opportunity.
3. Accuracy of information
Provide information you are authorized to share and describe your individual contribution accurately. Do not submit confidential code, client data, or material belonging to others without permission. Material inaccuracies may pause the review while we seek clarification.
4. Correction and confirmation
You may confirm the private profile or request a correction. Talent Network membership is offered only after the review is confirmed (REVIEW_CONFIRMED). A request for correction does not by itself enroll you in the network.
5. Talent Network
Joining is a separate choice. ACCEPTED authorizes TalentSync360 to retain your confirmed profile and contact you about potentially relevant opportunities. It does not authorize presenting, sharing, sending, or publishing your profile to an employer. DECLINED is not a negative signal or ranking. You may withdraw; opportunity outreach and use stop immediately, technical closure may take up to 30 days, and future re-entry requires a new opt-in.
6. No guarantee
A review, confirmed profile, or Talent Network participation does not guarantee an interview, placement, employment, hiring, or presentation to an employer.
7. Private access and security
Private profile and access links are confidential and revocable. Keep them secure and do not share another person’s link or attempt to access a profile without authorization.
8. Permitted and prohibited use
Use the website and services lawfully and for their intended purposes. Do not impersonate others, submit misleading evidence, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
9. Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains the information we process, retention periods, and how to request access, correction, withdrawal, or deletion. Send privacy requests to privacy@talentsync360.com. Evidence Review questions may be sent to reviews@talentsync360.com.
10. Evolution of the service
We may update the service and these terms prospectively. Any future employer presentation would require a separate authorization before it could occur; that capability is not implemented in v1A. The terms applicable to a new capability will be explained before you choose whether to use it.
