Candidates applying through our platform warrant that all information provided (experience, skills, and identity) is truthful. Misrepresentation may result in immediate expulsion from the Gold List and notification to the involved client.
3. No Guarantee of Placement
While we strive to match top talent with elite companies, entry into our validation process or Gold List does not guarantee immediate employment or placement.
4. Limitation of Liability
TalentSync360 is not liable for outcomes following a candidate's hire. All final employment decisions and contracts are the responsibility of the hiring company and the professional.
